A rich red bridal ensemble designed to break stereotypes and usher in new ways of being.
The short kameez is worn over a traditional jaamavar shalwar and enveloped in a matching
sheer dupatta, creating an uninterrupted column of colour. Brides are expected to wear
voluminous lehengas to create a regal presence. This silhouette reverses that expectation,
the volume coming instead from the diaphanous drape of the dupatta that both veils and
accentuates her frame. The switch creates ease of movement and brings a sense of
