  • How can I track my order?

Ans: As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a tracking number. At any point, you may use that number to find out about the order with our customer care and check out the status of your order.

  • Do you offer repair service?

Ans: We offer repair service on specified item(s).

  • Can I cancel my order?

Ans: NickieNina does not offer a refund or money back guarantee on purchased items.

  • Till when can I cancel my order?

Ans: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement.

 

  • How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?

Ans: We deliver online orders for Ready to wear in 7-10 working days in Pakistan and 7-14 working days internationally.

For made to order items below is the delivery timeline:

 • 50k-150k • 2 To 4 WEEKS
• 150K-250K • 4 TO 6 WEEKS
• 250K- 450K • 6-12 WEEKS
• 450K AND ABOVE • 8-12 WEEKS

  • How will I know if my order is placed successfully?

Ans: Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation call or an email from our customer care.

  • How do I return or exchange an item?

Ans: NickieNina does not offer any “Returns” for any product.

All products purchased from our Website can be exchanged within 24 hours of delivery receipt.

Exchange request can be made within 24 hours from the receipt of delivery provided the delivered product falls within one of the following:

  • The received product(s) differed from the original order.
  • Anything is missing from the package e.g. price tags, labels etc.
  • To raise a dispute on any item(s) please email us at _­nickienina@gmail.com or call us +92301-1017612.

Customers paying via Credit or Debit card may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. Order amount will not be refunded back. However, a coupon of the same value will be provided which can be used to purchase from NickieNina within the next 60 days.

  • Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?

Ans: Yes, you can place bulk orders for an item(s).

  • Are the colors of items shown on the website accurate?
    Ans: Our team at Nickie Nina has made every possible effort to display the colors of the items as accurately as possible. However, there may appear some difference between the actual color and what you see on your screen. We cannot guarantee that display color on the screen will be completely accurate as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.
